Information
The Crediton & District League is a small and friendly group of teams who play on Thursday evenings at the Lords Meadow Leisure Centre in Crediton. The League is affiliated with England Netball and is represented at the East Devon County Netball Association meetings.
The Winter season usually runs from September through to Easter, with a Summer League taking place between May and mid July. An Annual Tournament takes place at the end of the Winter League.
Improving umpiring continues to be a focus of the League and we are continuing to build on the success of umpire mentoring, which was funded by grants from MDDC and previously Sport for All. We continue to be very grateful for the support of EDCNA in mentoring and assisting with the umpiring our games. This has been hugely beneficial for both novice (and more experienced!) umpires and players, and the League would be pleased to help wherever possible if one of their members wanted to pursue their umpiring qualifications.

Latest Report
The Winter League ran from September 2009 to March 2010. There were 3 new teams giving a total of 10 teams taking part (as one team had dropped out) The League winners were Still with Thorverton Stone and Waie Inn runners up.
A mixed tournament was held on February 2010, raising money for CLIC Sargent.
The Annual Tournament took place at the end of the season on Saturday 17th July 2010, and was won by Waie Inn. Trophies for the year were presented after the event.
The Summer League ran from 6th May until 15 July, with 9 teams taking part. Winners were Thorverton Stone with Waie Inn runners up.
The AGM took place on 22ndth July 2010 at Crediton Rugby Club, and the League was pleased to welcome Jenny Kelly, Netball Development Officer.
The 2010-11 Winter League is now underway with 10 teams taking part.
